Beijing, China – In a creative show of support for the upcoming Harbin 2025 Asian Winter Games, youth across the Chinese mainland are participating in the Make a Snowman Challenge.
CGTN staff member Robbie Swain joined the challenge by crafting four paper snowmen in Beijing. The snowmen showcase both traditional styles and modern interpretations, including traditional Chinese dress, symbolizing unity and diversity among the people celebrating the 2025 Asian Winter Games.
“No matter where you are, you can use creativity to celebrate friendship and the 2025 Asian Winter Games,” said Swain. “Come join us in the snowman challenge and enjoy the winter charm together!”
The Make a Snowman Challenge encourages people to create their own snowmen using any materials available, promoting artistic expression and global unity ahead of the Games.
Harbin, known as the “Ice City,” is set to host the Asian Winter Games in 2025, bringing together athletes and fans from across Asia to celebrate winter sports and cultural exchange.
