China will kick off the tournament on September 16 against defending champion Italy. Italy’s squad includes world No. 9 Jasmine Paolini and veteran Sara Errani, promising a fierce opening match.
On September 17, Spain, led by Paula Badosa and Jessica Bouzas Maneiro, will face Ukraine in the second quarterfinal. Making their Finals debut, the Ukrainian team features notable players Elina Svitolina and Marta Kostyuk, adding excitement to the competition.
Two more quarterfinal ties are slated for September 18. Kazakhstan, headlined by 2022 Wimbledon champion Elena Rybakina, will take on a formidable United States lineup that includes Jessica Pegula, Madison Keys, and world No. 11 Emma Navarro. That same day, four-time Grand Slam champion Naomi Osaka will lead Japan against Great Britain, anchored by 2021 US Open champion Emma Raducanu.
