In a recent interview, Van Duc Phu, deputy manager of the Northern Investment Promotion Information and Support Center at the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance, emphasized the strong strategic partnership between Vietnam and China. “There’s no competition between Vietnam and China,” he stated, highlighting the mutual benefits of their collaboration.

Phu expressed hope that Chinese investors will bring more technologies to Vietnam, noting that bilateral cooperation has already yielded many positive outcomes. “China is a vital strategic partner for Vietnam,” he added. “We look forward to embracing more technological advancements through this partnership.”
