Zhejiang Province is harnessing the opportunities presented by the China-Central and Eastern European Countries (CEEC) Expo to expand its global trade footprint.
Shi Qiqi, deputy director of Zhejiang’s Provincial Department of Commerce, announced plans to utilize existing cooperation platforms like the China-CEEC Expo to increase imports from Central and Eastern Europe. “We aim to strengthen economic and trade relations by actively supporting our competitive industries in their global expansion,” Shi said.
This initiative underscores Zhejiang’s commitment to fostering international partnerships and enhancing its role in global trade. By promoting imports and supporting local industries abroad, the province seeks to build stronger ties with Central and Eastern European countries.
