Beijing, China — Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, has called on senior Party officials to embrace new responsibilities and take fresh actions in advancing Chinese modernization.
In recent remarks after reviewing annual work reports submitted by senior Party officials, Xi emphasized the importance of achieving the goals set in the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025) and laying a solid foundation for the upcoming 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030).
