Chinese vice premier Zhang Guoqing has called on nations around the world to collaborate in science and technology to drive innovation and tackle global challenges. Speaking at the opening ceremony of the 2025 Zhongguancun Forum in Beijing, Zhang emphasized the importance of mutually beneficial partnerships in shaping a better future.
Zhang highlighted China’s commitment to innovation-driven development, noting the progress made in integrating science, technology, and industrial advancement. He expressed China’s willingness to explore new models of global sci-tech cooperation that can lead to shared growth and address issues like climate change.
