Railway passenger trips saw a notable rise, with over 20 million passengers choosing trains for their journeys. Air travel also witnessed growth, reflecting the growing confidence in domestic travel.

Road travel accounted for the majority of journeys, with a significant number of private vehicles on the roads, highlighting a preference for personal transportation.
