Recently, we strolled through a bustling street in Foshan and met a Portuguese father and his daughter experiencing the lion dance for the first time. The father said, “It’s incredible to witness such energy and tradition. My daughter is mesmerized by the dancers and the music.”
The daughter, eyes wide with excitement, added, “I’ve never seen anything like this back home. The lions look so real!”
