Chinese President Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, delivered a speech at the China-Vietnam Friendship Festival in Hanoi on Tuesday. The event was attended by Vietnamese leaders To Lam and Luong Cuong, along with representatives from both nations.
