Beijing, China — In a significant move to strengthen ties, Chinese Vice Premier Ding Xuexiang met with Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi on Wednesday. The high-level meeting focused on boosting the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two nations.

Ding, a prominent member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, highlighted the longstanding friendship between China and Iran.
