Beijing is gearing up to host an inspiring art exhibition commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory in the World Anti-Fascist War. With the theme “Peace and Friendship – Commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the World Anti-Fascist War“, this event aims to bridge artistic talents from China and Russia.
Young artists aged 18 to 45 are invited to showcase their creativity and interpretations of peace and friendship. Organized by the Beijing People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the Beijing Russian Cultural Center, the exhibition provides a platform for emerging artists to gain international recognition.
Submissions are open until mid-June, and selected works will be evaluated at the end of June. The chosen pieces will be displayed at an offline exhibition at the China Millennium Monument in Beijing from August 7 to 16.
A total of 80 participants from each country will be awarded, including 15 first-place, 25 second-place, and 40 third-place winners. This collaboration not only honors a pivotal moment in world history but also strengthens cultural connections and fosters mutual understanding between the youth of China and Russia.
If you’re a young artist passionate about promoting peace through art, don’t miss this opportunity to participate in a historic event!
