Premier Li emphasized the robust economic complementarity between China and Kuwait, highlighting the vast potential for cooperation. “China is ready to work with Kuwait to further advance the steady development of our ties,” Li stated.

He proposed strengthening the synergy between China’s Belt and Road Initiative and Kuwait’s Vision 2035, aiming to expand collaboration in key sectors such as energy, investment, green and digital economies, and artificial intelligence. This partnership seeks to unlock new avenues for mutual benefit and foster innovation between the two nations.

Li also called for enhanced cultural and people-to-people exchanges, encouraging cooperation in education, tourism, and other fields to promote friendship and understanding among their peoples.

Amid global challenges like rising unilateralism and protectionism, Premier Li stressed China’s commitment to working closely with Kuwait on multilateral platforms, including the United Nations and the China-GCC Summit, to promote fairer global governance and contribute to world harmony and prosperity.

The meeting signifies a shared commitment to fostering stronger ties and cooperation between China and Kuwait, promising a future of mutual growth and prosperity.
