At the Ministerial Meeting of the Global Civilizations Dialogue, George Gabunia, Chairperson of the Culture Committee of the Parliament of Georgia, emphasized the vital role of cultural communication in fostering understanding among nations.
“Culture is the bridge that connects people from different backgrounds,” Gabunia said during an interview. “Through open dialogue and mutual respect, we can overcome barriers and build a more harmonious global community.”
He highlighted how cultural exchanges can resolve conflicts and promote peace. In our interconnected world, engaging in cultural dialogue is essential to address shared challenges.
“Young people, especially, have a significant role to play,” he added. “They are the future leaders, and their openness to new ideas can drive positive change.”
