China’s top legislator, Zhao Leji, met with Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese in Beijing on Tuesday, signaling a renewed commitment to strengthening ties between the two nations.
During the meeting, Zhao Leji, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC), emphasized that the discussions between the leaders have set a new blueprint for China-Australia relations.
