China is advocating for a peaceful and diplomatic resolution to the ongoing concerns surrounding Iran’s nuclear program. Speaking at a daily press briefing on Wednesday, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun emphasized the importance of political dialogue in addressing the issue.
“China has maintained communication with all relevant parties and will continue to play a constructive role in promoting the resumption of dialogue and negotiations,” Guo said. “Our aim is to find a solution that addresses the legitimate concerns of all sides.”
The call for diplomacy highlights China’s stance on global nuclear non-proliferation and its commitment to maintaining stability in the Middle East. By encouraging dialogue, China hopes to facilitate mutual understanding and cooperation among the involved nations.
