The culinary journey continues as the second season of “Three Meals, Four Seasons” premiered on China Media Group’s CCTV-1 channel on December 29. Viewers are invited to explore the rich flavors and traditions of China’s diverse regions.
The season opener takes us to the enchanting Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in northwest China. From the majestic snow-capped Tianshan Mountains to the vibrant streets of historic Kashgar Old Town, the episode offers a visual and gastronomic feast that celebrates Xinjiang’s unique culture.
