Early Saturday, Israel struck military sites in Iran, stating the action was in response to Tehran’s attacks on Israel. Despite these developments, life in Tehran appears to continue as usual.
Aynur Sena Cabuk, an Iranian woman, visited one of Tehran’s busiest neighborhoods to capture the city’s atmosphere following the strikes. Cabuk observed that the daily routines of residents remained largely unaffected.
“The situation here is normal,” Cabuk shared. “People are going about their day, and there’s no sense of panic.”
As tensions in the region rise, the resilience of Tehran’s residents highlights their determination to maintain normalcy in the face of uncertainty.
