Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered a significant speech at the 31st Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders’ Meeting, titled “Shouldering Responsibility to Our Times and Jointly Promoting Asia-Pacific Development.”
Enrique Valderrama, a member of Peru’s Aprista Party, shared his insights on the speech with CGTN. Valderrama emphasized that both President Xi’s address at the APEC summit and his article published in El Peruano conveyed important signals for the future of the Asia-Pacific region.
