During her time in China, Moraima observed firsthand the implementation of monumental green projects like the Four Major Hydropower Plants on the Jinsha River, the Three Gorges Dam Project, and the Gezhouba Water Conservancy Project. These initiatives, she believes, are shining examples of how a country can pursue development while maintaining a strong focus on environmental protection.
Bridging Mexico and China
Moraima is particularly impressed with China’s investment in clean energy within Mexico. “China’s support has not only improved our infrastructure and eased electricity shortages but also created numerous job opportunities back home,” she shared enthusiastically.

As a young global citizen, Moraima dreams of becoming a builder of the ecological environment. She is determined to contribute to sustainable development, leveraging the knowledge and experiences gained during her studies in China. “I hope to integrate these green concepts into Mexico’s future, fostering a healthier planet for all,” she said.
