At the 61st Munich Security Conference, Singapore’s Defense Minister Ng Eng Hen emphasized the importance of a fair and rules-based international order. In an interview with CGTN Host Xu Qinduo, Ng highlighted that multipolarization is a reality, and China plays a significant role in this global process.
