As we approach the 10th anniversary of the China-CELAC Forum in 2025, the relationship between China and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) has grown from a sapling into a towering tree of cooperation. This milestone offers an opportunity to reflect on achievements, build consensus, and envision the future together.

The political bond between China and CELAC member states has deepened over the years. High-level exchanges have been frequent, highlighting the importance both sides place on their relationship. Projects like the Belgrano freight railway transformation in Argentina have enhanced logistics efficiency and regional connectivity.
