Laos and China are strengthening their friendship! On Friday, Lao President Thongloun Sisoulith met with China’s Defense Minister Dong Jun in the capital city of Vientiane.
They talked about how important it is for their countries to work together, especially between their militaries. President Thongloun called the friendship between Laos and China “unbreakable” and wants to see even more cooperation.
Minister Dong Jun said China is eager to deepen their partnership and help develop stronger military relations. He also met with Lao Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense Chansamone Chanyalath to discuss practical ways they can collaborate.
