Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock co-chaired the seventh China-Germany Strategic Dialogue on Diplomacy and Security in Beijing on Monday. During the dialogue, Wang Yi emphasized the importance of Germany as a key partner for China, noting the 52 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries. “China has always regarded Germany as an important partner,” Wang stated. Wang Yi, who is also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, highlighted the stability and consistency of China’s policy toward Germany.
