The two leaders discussed ways to enhance ties between the UAE and Syria, focusing on areas of shared interest. Sheikh Mohamed emphasized the UAE’s unwavering support for the Syrian people, highlighting the nation’s dedication to promoting security, peace, and stability in Syria.
Recent months have seen increased diplomatic activity involving Syria and its neighbors. Delegations from various countries have visited Damascus, while Syrian officials have embarked on trips across the region. These efforts aim to rebuild ties with regional powers and advocate for the lifting of international sanctions, hoping to improve the lives of Syrians after years of conflict.
