Athletes Village in Yabuli Ready to Host Participants for Harbin 2025

Yabuli’s Athletes’ Village Gears Up to Welcome Competitors for Harbin 2025

The Athletes’ Village in Yabuli is buzzing with anticipation as it gears up to host participants for the upcoming Harbin 2025 games. Located at the Avaunce Hotel, the village is sparing no effort to meet the needs of athletes and coaches from around the world.

Understanding the importance of comfort and convenience, organizers have set up dedicated areas next to the dining hall for athletes to store their baggage and gear. “We aim to provide a seamless experience for our guests, ensuring they can focus entirely on their performance,” said Fang Yejun, director of the Athletes’ Village at the Avaunce Hotel.

The cafeteria will be operating 20 hours a day, offering a wide variety of food options to cater to diverse dietary needs. With seating for up to 450 diners, athletes can enjoy meals at their convenience. “When athletes are here during the Chinese New Year, we hope to improve their experience, and make them feel like they are at home,” Fang added.

The hotel is prepared to accommodate more than 500 people, providing 24-hour room service to ensure all guests are well taken care of. Yabuli, situated about 190 kilometers from Harbin, will be the venue for the snow sports events and boasts three Athletes’ Villages.

While preparations are well underway, organizers continue to fine-tune every detail. “Of course there are things we still worry about, such as what if our services can’t meet their needs? So we continue to refine everything and improve in all aspects,” Fang expressed.

As Harbin 2025 approaches, the efforts of the Yabuli Athletes’ Village exemplify the commitment to excellence and hospitality, promising an unforgettable experience for all participants.
