IOC’s Timothy Fok Engages with CGTN in Harbin, Shares Views on Asian Winter Games

Timothy Fok Tsun-Ting, an esteemed member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), Vice President of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), and President of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region’s Olympic Committee, paid a visit to CGTN’s studio in Harbin on Wednesday.
