Spring has officially arrived in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, as swans gracefully make their way back to the region. On March 5, 2025, the first swans of the season were spotted in Shi’erlianchengxiang, located in Ordos’s Junggar Banner.
As temperatures rise, these migratory birds travel through this part of northern China, bringing with them the promise of warmer days ahead. The swans can be seen teeming along the river, swimming back and forth while basking in the gentle sunlight.
