Serhiy Lysak, the governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region, reported on Wednesday that the missile strike caused a fire at an infrastructure facility in the city. Emergency services responded promptly to contain the blaze and assist those affected.
Local official Oleksandr Vilkul shared details of the incident on his Telegram channel, confirming the casualties and urging residents to remain vigilant.
