Cristiano Ronaldo remains steadfast in his commitment to Al Nassr and his Saudi Arabian adventure, despite yet to clinch his first domestic trophy in the Kingdom.
“We’ve settled everything in Saudi Arabia. Life is good, football is good both individually and collectively,” Ronaldo shared. “We are still improving. It’s hard to compete with Al Hilal and Al-Ittihad, but we’re there, pushing and fighting.”
The 39-year-old Portuguese star dreams of lifting the Asian Champions League trophy with Al Nassr. “I dream of winning more titles. The Champions League is something I aspire to win for the club and the league,” he said.
Since joining Al Nassr in December 2022, Ronaldo has been influential, finishing last season as the Golden Boot winner with 35 goals in 31 matches. His move paved the way for other star players to consider the Saudi Pro League.
“For me, it’s an honor that the league grows with many star players coming to make it better and more competitive,” Ronaldo stated. “I’m looking forward to the next five, ten years. The league is still improving, not only the first teams but also the academies. This is my dream, and I will try to help the country and league reach that level.”
Despite the challenging competition, Ronaldo remains positive and committed to his journey in Saudi Arabia, aiming to make a lasting impact on and off the pitch.
