CMG Prepares for 2025 Asian Winter Games with High-Tech Reporting Team

As excitement builds for the 2025 Harbin Asian Winter Games, the China Media Group (CMG) has unveiled its comprehensive reporting team for the event slated to begin on February 7 in Harbin, the capital of Heilongjiang Province.

At the launch ceremony, CMG President Shen Haixiong emphasized the importance of the Games as a platform to showcase CMG’s cutting-edge broadcasting capabilities. He highlighted the group’s commitment to adhering to international broadcasting standards while pushing the boundaries of sports media in the mobile internet era.

“We aim to shape new trends in sports media and enhance the global recognition of the ‘CMG Productions’ brand,” Shen stated. “This is a significant opportunity to deepen international communications during a major sporting event.”

CMG plans to deploy over 1,100 personnel and will serve as the exclusive broadcaster of the Games. Collaborating across various platforms and channels, including CCTV-5, the group intends to provide engaging coverage that brings the excitement of the Asian Winter Games to audiences worldwide.

The reporting team has already begun preparations in Harbin, with CMG’s A5 broadcasting vehicles arriving ahead of schedule. The team is setting up systems to ensure full 4K quality coverage, and for key sports like short track speed skating and figure skating, they aim to integrate cutting-edge 8K technology.

With advanced technology and a dedicated team, CMG is poised to deliver an immersive viewing experience, highlighting the competitiveness and spirit of the Asian Winter Games.
