During his recent state visit to Vietnam, Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and president of China, penned an article titled “Building on Past Achievements and Making New Advances in Pursuit of Shared Goals“, published in Vietnam’s Nhan Dan newspaper. In the article, he highlighted the growing popularity of Chinese films, television productions, and video games among young Vietnamese, noting an increasing interest in learning Chinese.
