Describing the conditions as “beyond imagination,” the agency called for immediate action to alleviate the suffering of civilians.
Netanyahu mentioned plans to support the voluntary relocation of Gaza residents to safer areas in the south. “We are engaging with several countries to assist those who wish to leave,” he said, although details about these discussions remain undisclosed.
The conflict has escalated since the collapse of a ceasefire agreement earlier this year. Renewed hostilities have led to casualties on both sides, heightening calls from the international community for de-escalation and a return to negotiations.
