Yemen’s Houthi movement has announced that it targeted Israel’s central city of Jaffa with several ballistic missiles over the past 24 hours. In a statement released on Sunday, the group’s spokesperson, Yahya Saree, said the attacks were carried out in coordination with Iran.
“We have hit Jaffa using a number of Palestine 2 hypersonic ballistic missiles at various times over the past 24 hours,” Saree stated.
The announcement comes amid ongoing missile exchanges between Tel Aviv and Tehran. The Houthis, aligned with Iran, have previously expressed support for Palestinian groups in their conflicts with Israel.
