German producer Andrea Ufer has expressed excitement over the world premiere of her film “Luisa” at the 27th Shanghai International Film Festival. Speaking to a reporter, Ufer highlighted the significance of showcasing her film in Shanghai and her aspirations to secure a distributor in the Chinese market.
“We are extremely delighted to have the world premiere here in Shanghai. This is a very important film festival, and we naturally hope to find distributors for the film in the Asian market, or even specifically in the Chinese market,” Ufer said.
She emphasized the importance of participating in international festivals, adding, “For us, being able to participate in this international film festival in Shanghai, combined with the festivals in Germany, is extremely meaningful.”
