Delivering Accurate Brics Countries News to a Global Audience Video Poster

TV BRICS Connects the World to BRICS Nations

TV BRICS, an international media network, is striving to bridge the gap between global audiences and the BRICS nations—Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. Alexandra Burman, head of the South Asia & Middle East Department of International Cooperation Division at TV BRICS, emphasized the network’s mission to enhance understanding and communication among these countries.

In a recent interview with CGTN’s Zheng Junfeng, Burman highlighted that TV BRICS aims to provide accurate news and insights about the BRICS countries. “Our original intention is to enable global audiences to better understand the BRICS countries, ensure communication among international media, and let people know what is happening in the world,” she said.

By focusing on stories that matter, TV BRICS seeks to showcase the diverse cultures, economies, and developments within the BRICS nations. The network collaborates with media outlets across these countries to share content and perspectives that are often underrepresented in mainstream media.

Burman believes that by fostering mutual understanding, TV BRICS can contribute to stronger ties among the BRICS nations and the global community. “We are dedicated to sharing the voices and stories of the BRICS countries with the world,” she added.

TV BRICS continues to expand its reach, aiming to connect more people with reliable news and captivating stories from the BRICS nations, thereby promoting a more interconnected and informed global audience.
