Rescue teams in south China are tirelessly searching for two missing individuals after a devastating mountain torrent swept through Sanshe Village in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The disaster, which struck early Friday morning, has already claimed six lives.
Local authorities announced on Sunday that three more bodies were recovered, bringing the death toll to six. Nine dedicated search and rescue teams have been deployed in Longsheng County, Guilin City, to conduct high-intensity sweeps of the affected area.
“The search efforts remain intense and orderly,” officials stated. “All parties are continuing with unwavering determination to locate the missing residents.”
