Netanyahu Confirms Intention to Retaliate After Hospital Strike

Netanyahu Vows Retaliation After Hospital Hit in Alleged Iranian Strike

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has pledged to retaliate after a missile strike hit Soroka Hospital in Beersheba and affected civilian areas in central Israel on Thursday. Netanyahu accused Iran of launching the missiles, stating on social media that Israel would “exact the full price” from the “tyrants” in Tehran.

However, Iran’s state news agency IRNA denied targeting the hospital. According to IRNA, the strike was aimed at the Israeli army’s C4I telecommunications corps headquarters and an intelligence facility. They added that the hospital was impacted by the blast’s shockwave, not a direct hit.

The incident has escalated tensions between Israel and Iran, raising concerns about potential conflicts in the region. The international community is watching closely as both nations exchange accusations and threats.
